let's get down to brass Tacks.

Pay for what it does.
Not for who logs in.

Procurement takes a whole team. Buyers, engineers, quality, finance, and every supplier you work with. Charging per seat punishes you for adding them. So we don't.

Why zero

Charging per seat slows everyone down.

Everyone needs visibility

If only two people have logins, requests go back to email and spreadsheets. Then nobody can see what is on order.

Suppliers never pay

No portal fees. No onboarding charges. Your suppliers keep working the way they already do, mostly over email.

Growing the team costs nothing

Hire twenty people for a new production line. Your Silkline bill stays exactly the same.

What sets your price

What you pay for instead

Four things set your price. Nothing else. You can change each one on its own.

Capabilities

Run the work

Plan, Source, Procure, Track, Monitor, and Comply. Turn on what solves today's problem. Add the rest as you grow.

Scales with: modules turned on, how much is automated, reporting depth.
Integrations

Connect your stack

Your ERP, MES, and PLM. Plus punchout catalogs, HRIS, CLM, and API access when you need them.

Scales with: how many systems you connect, which way data flows, sites and entities.
Controls

Set the rules

Approval policies, roles and permissions, single sign-on, and where your data lives and how it is handled.

Scales with: policy complexity, security and data handling requirements.
Support

Choose your support

Onboarding, how fast we respond, and whether you have a named person on our side.

Scales with: rollout size, response time needs, named lead and SLA.

Talk to sales
Not sure you fit one of these? Most customers do not, exactly. Pick the capabilities you need, connect the systems you have, set the rules your process requires, and choose the support that fits. We build the plan around that.

Questions

How this works

Why don't you list a price?

A twelve person satellite startup and a multi-site prime are not buying the same product. A short call helps us scope the platform to your needs.

Is $0 per seat a trial or an intro rate?

Neither. There is no seat charge on any Silkline contract, on any plan, at any point. The platform fee is the price.

Do our suppliers have to buy anything?

No. Suppliers are never charged and never have to buy a license or join a network. They reply to RFQs and POs the way they already do, usually by email.

What if we grow mid-contract?

Adding people, POs, suppliers, or spend changes nothing. The price only changes if you turn on a new capability, connect another system, or add a site or entity.

Do I need to pay a third-party integrator?

No. The connections in your plan are set up and maintained as part of your subscription. There is no separate setup contract, middleware, or third-party consultants.

How long does setup take?

Launch is same day. Scale is usually live in a few weeks, with the ERP connection running alongside instead of holding things up. Apex depends on your number of connections and customization, but typically is 2-3 months.

Can we move up later?

Yes, and most customers do. The four things move on their own. You can add an ERP connection without buying the whole Scale capability set. Most integrations have a one-year minimum term.

What about ITAR programs?

Silkline is exclusively hosted in AWS GovCloud (US) with personnel and access controls built for ITAR work. Silkline maintains SOC 2-aligned controls on every plan, and our security team supports your reviews.
