How does Silkline use AI?
A lot of 30-year-old software woke up “AI-native” this year. Ours was born that way. AI runs quietly through hundreds of Silkline workflows: parsing supplier emails, cleaning messy data, flagging orders before they slip. You’ll notice it in the hours you get back, not in a chatbot bolted to the side.
Does Silkline replace our ERP, MES, or PLM?
No. Silkline connects to your existing ERP, MES, and PLM and becomes the system of action for procurement workflows.
Is Silkline secure and ITAR compliant?
Yes. Silkline is built to meet the security and access-control requirements regulated manufacturers and their supply chains require, including ITAR.
Can Silkline handle our compliance and quality documentation?
Yes. Quality traceability for ISO 9001, AS9100, and NQA-1, plus FAR/DFARS documentation, is built into the platform, not a separate module.
